Job Description:
Senior SAP HR Programmer/Analyst experienced
in web-dynpro programming within the HR modules. Requires Training
and Events configuration and programming experience. Ability to meet with users to gather
requirements, evaluate solution and develop,
document, test, train and implement solution.
Responsible for full
systems development life cycle of projects/programs within specified
functional area(s). Serves as
project lead for medium - large sized projects. Defines the project milestones and
ensures targets are met within the project. Serves as a senior subject matter
expert associated with content, processes, and procedures associated with
ERP/SAP.
Works closely
with the business to understand the business requirements to determine the
correct system design.
Responsible for business process mapping and function design. Responsible for identification of
gaps in the business process. Determines the correct system solution,
defines the IT requirements and capacity needed, and works closely with the
business to determine ROI.
Completes systems analysis, system design, development, coding,
testing and debugging, training and ensures project completion through
customer acceptance. Determines
and writes the specifications, develops the application and custom
integration solutions including major enhancements and interfaces,
functions and features.
Responsible for conducting prototyping, developing functional
specifications, data mapping, function mapping, configuration maintanence.
Has in-depth knowledge and know-how of the SAP ERP toolbox,
including ABAP and Web Dynpro to provide
automated, user friendly systems to customers.
Responsible for software
integration, external interface development and technical documentation.
May code individual modules and complex functions. Develops and builds
application tables, panels, and reports for projects. Troubleshoots and
resolves testing issues. Competent to work at the highest technical level
of all phases of ERP/SAP client/server enterprise application activities. Responsible for the authorization
concept, interface design, data migration and key user training. Also responsible for support of
applications once live. Is a
technical expert for the specified module, including all interfaces
to/from. Applies proven
communication skills, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of best
practices to guide his/her team on issues related to IT application
planning, design and build.
Educational Requirements:
BA or BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Science,
Business or
equivalent with 5 to 8 years experience in IT application or Infrastructure
Profession.
Required Experience:
5 to 8 years of project leadership or small to medium system
responsibility experience in an IT environment
5 to 8 years of experience in IT and Systems Development, Maintenance and
Support in the specified application area.
5 to 8 years experience working in a customer service orientated environment
5 to 8 years experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Desired Experience:
